Function: populateMaterialXSelect()

populateMaterialXSelect(selectElement, options?): void

Populates a <select> element with one <option> per sample (in the catalog's alphabetical-by-file order) followed by a trailing, disabled "Custom file" option - matching the pattern the original addon's neural-* examples used for their "Open .mtlx" file picker.
