Explicit per-level [min, max] quantization ranges, overriding both material.cpuModel.quantizationRange (QAT) and a plain min/max scan.

Overrides material.cpuModel.uvTransform (see NTCNodeMaterial.js) - a mesh/query-UV-to-local-space affine transform. Omitted from the manifest when identity/not supplied.
