The .ntc file format identifier/version - see training/NTCManifest.js (encoder) and ../loaders/NTCLoader.js (decoder). Declared here, not in NTCManifest.js, since NTCLoader.js (runtime, no training dependencies) needs it too, and this file is the one shared foundation both the runtime decode path and the training/export path already build on.
